Andreazi and Pedro are creative partners and founders of Rebu — a creative studio that strives to offer brands an artistic standpoint. However, the partners had difficulties in understanding their respective roles and sharing their vision with their team.

Conducted one-on-one sessions with each partner, which created a reflection and self-development space for them, as well as collective sessions with the partners to establish a transitional space for them to transform their dynamics with one another.
