Dilemma
Conta Simples is a scale-up fintech startup with accelerated growth. It was led by a team of young talents who needed to develop the ability to have difficult conversations and make unpopular decisions for the sake of the business.
Approach
Served as a sounding board with the top team to reflect on and discuss issues related to team effectiveness and business development. Initiated an individual coaching process with the CEO in parallel with a team coaching program to address agreements and alignments necessary for the proper functioning of the company's leadership team.
