Dilemma

Decathlon Brasil's C-level team faced the challenge of keeping the business growing while innovating with new business models. Achieving this objective was only possible through collaboration between teams as well as the alignment of business vision and strategy with assertive decision-making through difficult conversations. These were skills that had not been sufficiently developed by their business leaders.

Approach

Conducted individual development sessions with the CEO to map out his strengths and vulnerabilities, clarify his role, and define his ambition for the business. Also conducted individual sessions and work sessions with C-level leaders to develop a space of trust for enabling individual and collective change.

Outcomes
